"Selection felt limited"
I tried using SeatGeek to look for tickets to a few games, there just wasn’t much to choose from. A lot of the options were either really limited or already gone by the time I checked. Some prices seemed fine, but the overall selection wasn’t great. Based on that experience, I’m not sure it’s the best place to rely on if you’re hoping for a lot of ticket choices.

"Decent tickets, but the fees were frustrating"
At first the ticket price looked reasonable, so I thought I was getting a solid deal. But once I got to checkout, all the extra fees really added up and made it feel a lot less worth it. The tickets still worked fine, but I’d expect some kind of credit or refund on those fees because they felt excessive

I didn’t have the best first experience, honestly. My order confirmation came in late, which made me a bit unsure if everything had gone through, and when I reached out to support, the replies felt slow. For me, that made the whole process more frustrating than it needed to be.

I used SeatGeek for a concert and was a little nervous since it was my first time buying through them. The tickets showed up in my account well before the show, and I had zero problems getting in at the gate. I’m sure other customers appreciate not having to stress or chase anything down either. Overall, it was a really easy experience, and I’d definitely use SeatGeek again.

I used a SeatGeek promo code for some concert tickets it worked way better than these things usually do. Most promo codes online are basically useless, but this one gave me a solid discount. Checkout was quick too, with no random problems popping up like you always expect. Overall, happy with it.

I had an issue with my tickets on SeatGeek and reached out to support thinking, okay, hopefully this gets sorted quickly. But nope, the first response I got felt super generic, like one of those copy-paste replies that doesn’t really address what you actually asked.
Then I just kept checking my email over and over, sending follow-ups, wondering if anyone was even looking at the message or if it was just sitting in some support queue forever. The event date was getting closer too, so I was getting more stressed than I probably should’ve been, but when you’ve already paid for tickets, it’s hard not to panic a little.
I get that they might be busy, and I’m not expecting instant replies every second, but customer support shouldn’t feel this impossible to reach. The whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth, and I don’t really feel like using SeatGeek again after that.

"Seats were pretty much as advertised"
I used seatgeek for a concert recently, it was a smooth experience. The seats were basically exactly what I bought, same row, same section, and no awkward surprise when we showed up at the venue.
The view was close to what I expected from the seating map, maybe just a little more side-angle than I had pictured, but still totally fine. Tickets scanned without any issues too, so I’d recommend it if you’re looking for an easy way to grab tickets. Taking off one star because the fees still hurt a bit.
